The CJVM Joint Venture Agreement is explicit: Members exercise day-to-day control over the joint venture. The Trustee holds the legal keys to the safe. You and every other Member decide what happens inside it. This is your operational acknowledgement.

Where will you take an active role?

Select at least one area of the joint venture where you will be particularly engaged. This is not a binding commitment — it helps the joint venture understand where its active capacity sits.

This is your COGS account — your operational interface to the CJVM Joint Venture. Your S-NFT Member token is your key. Everything here belongs to you and your Members collectively. The Trustee holds the legal safe. You and every other Member run what is inside it.

Your Personal S-NFT COG$ gives you one equal vote on all Membership-wide decisions. No Member has more votes than you — not based on wealth, location, or seniority. Your token is permanently yours. It cannot be sold or transferred.

The Members Asset Pool.

Sub-Trust A holds CHESS-registered ASX shares directly in the Foundation's name — no intermediaries, no fund manager. You and your Members direct how those shares are voted at company AGMs. The pool is permanent and non-disposable.

Members Polls — how decisions are made.

Any 10 Members, or 1% of all active Members (whichever is fewer), may initiate a Members Poll. Every Member deliberates and votes. Ordinary decisions need a simple majority. Major decisions — Trustee appointment, JVPA amendments — require 75% agreement. The Trustee must implement what Members vote for.

Dividends & Sub-Trust B.

50% of all Members Asset Pool dividends flow to Sub-Trust B and are distributed proportionally to every Member within 60 days of receipt. Sub-Trust C receives $2 from every Donation COG$ plus a share of its own dividend stream, directed toward community and Country projects.
